It sounds like you r: talking about genital warts, am I correct? and if so there are vaccines that can be given to prevent certain strains of genital warts. If you already have them, then you can't get vaccine, but warts can take multiple sessions to destroy. Once you have them you are at risk for spreading them to other individuals. You need to use a condom and make sure all warts are treated everywhere.
