Opiates: Lortab and roxycontin fall into the category of opiates. It will not be able to distinguish between the two. If you have a prescription it is advisable to tell the testing facility.

Sorry....: I realize I probably sound like everybody's mother (sigh), but the best way to pass a drug screen is not to use drugs. I am not saying this from a moral standpoint al all. But if you have a job that hinges on your being clean and sober - or if you are in a housing program with that requirement, the stakes are simply too high for you. Depends on lab &amp; pt.: Cut off level depends on the lab. 15ng/ml up to 50ng/ml. The lower cut off can detect a single use up to 7 days later. The detection depends on the person's use ( amount and frequency,) their metabolism rate and the period of abstinence before the test. THC is stored in the fat and in a chronic Daly user can be detected as far as 30 days after last use.

: No NSAIDS such as Motrin  are restricted  meds relative to a drug screen you should be fine

Biopsy: A blood test of alpha feto-protein may help, but imaging studies and a biopsy are needed for definitive diagnosis.

Don't worry : The topical steroid cream that you are using is a "catabolic" steroid, legal and not part of a job application drug screen. The drug screen would look for "anabolic" steroids which are what body builders use to get very large muscles. The drug screen will not come back positive for steroid use if you are using "catabolic" steroids.

Yes: One needs to be sure that the fluid to be tested is coming directly from the intended source, and is not tampered with in any way.

Unlikely: If it is a urine test and you are not a habitual user.  I assume you are referring to marijuana.  Thc will be detectable for about 13 days in the urine for a recreational one time use.  If there is chronic use,  there have been reported positive tests for as long as 90 days from last use.  If it is a hair test though, it will be detected until you cut the hair from the exposure time.

if i've taken 14 alpazolams in the past week and a half and i have a drug test in 12 days and i don't do anything else will i be ok for my test?

Ok for what ?: Xanax (alprazolam) has a short half life- and will be fully metabolized and excreted from your body in  a few days. Hopefully this was prescribed by a physician and you can prove to who ever is drug testing you that you are taking the medicine under supervision and not using it recreationally. Good luck.

can taking a benedryl affect a drug test?

It depends,,: It depends on what you're being tested for and how much benedryl you took.  Apparently it may cause a false positive result for Methadone in some urine drug screens using competitive binding immunoassays, and if too much is taken, it can cause blurry vision, photophobia, heart failure, and death, but a lot has to be taken.  Otherwise, there should not be much of a problem.  Good luck.
