Opiates: Lortab and roxycontin fall into the category of opiates. It will not be able to distinguish between the two. If you have a prescription it is advisable to tell the testing facility.

Oxycodone : Is a synthetic opiate, and unless massive amounts are being consumed, will not cause a POSITIVE result for the typical opioid urine drug screen immunoassay. There is a separate urine drug screen for "roxy", that must be ordered as an add-on to a basic 5-panel UDS.
