Yes, but: Hydrocodone is not related chemical to Aspirin but in several products, hydrocodone is mixed in.  You need to read the product label to be sure there is no Aspirin or salisilates in the ingredients.

NO: There is no reason to stop the aspirin, and doing so could lead to dangerous complications. Sounds like your mom is elderly. Narcotic pain pills have much greater risk in the elderly. Please be very cautious and minimize their use.

Maybe: It depends upon your individual metabolism. With that said, Codeine is considered less of an addictive narcotic/opioid than hydrocodone. However, it can still affect your thinking process so only take it if you absolutely have to do so.

Opiate    + Tylenol (acetaminophen): Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) is primarily used for pain and can be addictive if taken regularly.  The hydrocod part is in the opiate family .

i got my periods on january 11. i fell down and broke my ankle on january 26. the orthopedic surgeon prescribed me pain medication-ibuprofen and hydrocodone/acetaminophen tablets on addition to coated aspirin. i was on levothyroxine medication

Is your ankle healing? If not go back to the orthopedist.

Are you still on thyroxine and is your dosing enough? Check with your doctor.

Allergies: the stated medications are completely different  than hydrocodone; However, hydrocodone and ibuprofen can be combined into one medication (vicoprofen); if hydrocodone is taken by itself, it should not be a problem, unless there is also an allergy to it
