Yes, but: Hydrocodone is not related chemical to Aspirin but in several products, hydrocodone is mixed in. You need to read the product label to be sure there is no Aspirin or salisilates in the ingredients.

Yes: Hydrocodone is a synthetic narcotic and unrelated to aspirin. Even so most preparations with hydrocodone are in combination with acetaminophen.
