i was on depo injection that ran out 3 weeks ago, i didn't have periods while on this. then i had unprotected sex last week took ellaone about 32 hours afterwards and i'm now spotting does this mean i'm not pregnant ?

Maybe. Maybe not.: A urine pregnancy test done correctly will give a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (or when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and therefore lead to a repeat test. Emergency contraceptive pills can alter the vaginal bleeding during the current and the next cycle.

i press on and suck in my stomach a lot. like i mean every minute or whatever. it makes me feel thinner, as i struggle with body image even though im apparently underweight. i was just wondering if this is bad or not?

: Sucking in is not harmful but being underweight may be, depending on how underweight you are. Try to keep your BMI between 18.5 and 25.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

if a enchondroma is in the middle of bone oedema and the enchondroma is surrounded by oedema in the knee proximal tibia does this mean the enchondroma is aggressive and needs treatment to reduce oedema in and around it?

: It means that a bone (in your neck) is pressing on your spinal cord, causing either local pain, pain down your arm(s) or leg(s) or weakness of your arm(s) or leg(s).  Need to fully discuss with your back surgeon to determine what to do next.  Usually depends on severity of pressure on your spinal cord, how fast symptoms are progressing and severity of symptoms

i have a uterine polyp that comes and goes for years. my mother just got diagnosed with precancerous cells in her uterus and cervix. does that mean i'm at a high risk of having precancer or cancer and should remove it?

: Intrauterine polyps are rarely malignant.  "Pre-cancerous cells" may occur after menopause from estrogen stimulation of the lining of the uterus (endometrium), and or cervical dysplasia from HPV for example.  See your GYN physician for a thorough discussion of options.

can occur in other critical care cases such as kidney damage but tropinin level may not  be as high.
