Scientific Rx: I'm sorry that your acne hasn't been addressed already. Start with benzoyl peroxide topically; if this isn't sufficient, get with your physician who can write for topical clindamycin, topical retinoic acid derivative, or something similar. If still not good, a systemic antibiotic that's right for you (maybe tetracycline 500 mg 2x/day); failing this, a dermatology visit for accutane.

Meds: Many patients do well with over the counter benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid preparations. Some patients require topical or oral antibiotics or retinoids as well. If the over the counter meds alone don't control your acne after a month of daily use, see a doctor for additional treatment options. It is important to be persistent, and some patients 'get worse before they get better'.

i just have a tvus recently and the result shows that i have a thick endometrium, with 5 anechoic systic structures in my ovaries, is this bad?

It depends: It depends on how thick the endometrium is and whether it otherwise looks normal....it may be thickened as part of your normal cycle.  The ovarian cystic structures may be follicles or functional cysts, again nothing to worry about if they are not too large.  Speak with your doctor about the details of the results.

iam poly systic and if i do lazer lipo suction is good for my abdomin? and could i be pregnant in future? no risk?

Accepted Answer

Yes & no: Liposuction carries typical surgery risks. It will not affect or alter poly cystic ovaries. Pregnancy rates may be reduced with pco but with treatment approaches pregnancy rates in women without pco.

cystic acne: Acne is often difficult to treat, but the misconception is that scarring from acne can be 'medicated' away. It can't. While acne is always treated with pills and topical medication, it unfortunately will take surgical treatment skills and expert management with lasers, chemical peels, and the like to treat the scarring.

Depends: Do you mean the virus or the vaccine? If the vaccine the answer seems to be no.If the actual virus the more, one would suppose, the more symptoms you might have. But actual evidence, I do not think exists.

Symptoms: There are conditions where the immune system can attack the nervous system, including the sensory nerves.  Technically you might not feel the attack, but inflammation caused could be painful.  If the sensory system is damaged, you will feel the result, at least, the lack of normal sensation.  Sometimes that is painful, or like a tight, numb sensation.

No sensory nerves...: If there are no sensory nerve endings in that part of the body, then no sensations are detected, so thus the brain receives no information (and so we don't "feel" anything going on). Imagine a city with 1000 security cameras. There will be "blind spots" in places that the cameras aren't looking. The police do not see things that are happening in the "blind spots".

i took a 70 mg vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) about 6 hours ago, i know they only stay in your system for 12-14 hours, but will i be able to stay up for 13 hours from now?

May last 24 hours : Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is the longest acting oral stimulant; at high enough doses, amphetamine can be detected the next day, although at fairly low concentrations. Still, like with other stimulants, it seems to be effective only on days taken. There is not evidence of which i'm aware that it accumulates over time--though it might at the highest doses.

Average length duration 12-14
maximum 24 hours.
