Scientific Rx: I'm sorry that your acne hasn't been addressed already. Start with benzoyl peroxide topically; if this isn't sufficient, get with your physician who can write for topical clindamycin, topical retinoic acid derivative, or something similar. If still not good, a systemic antibiotic that's right for you (maybe tetracycline 500 mg 2x/day); failing this, a dermatology visit for accutane.
