taking fludrocortisone for a year (pots) and synthroid (thyroxine) for 4 (hashimoto) could any of these medicines could cause muscle pain n twitching side effect?

Perhaps: Possibly more common would be secondary electrolyte changes due to the mechanism of fluid retention involved with the fludrocortisone.  Have these been checked recently.  Also, with POTS, a mast cell activation syndrome could be considered.

help! could synthroid (thyroxine) caused muscle twitches all over?

Usually not: Overdose of synthroid (thyroxine) may cause tremors(fine shaking) of muscles but not twitches. Fasciculations are usually benign and don't necessarily mean neurologic or muscle pathology especially if there is no weakness. If the muscle twitches are new, consult a neurologist for evaluation.

i'm taking 25mg of synthroid.  i take it at night around 10pm every night.  i would like to start taking whey protein to build muscle.  would it interfere with my thyroid medicine if i take it at night and take the whey protein in the morning around 7am?

Build muscle: That should not be a problem. It is smart to take your thyroid med at bedtime.

my doctor up my synthroid (thyroxine) from 1.25 to 200  would that cause vagina dryness and extreme soreness to my muscles?

Possibly: But only if you're very high in your thyroid.  If that increase was the correct dose I don't expect those changes.

Not thyroid?: If you're taking brand name replacement and the levels have been normal for several mos., the symptoms you're experiencing are not due to your thyroid - and you must have your doctors look at other potential disorders, which we cannot do over the internet.

Yes: Thyroid hormone levels can change during pregnancy.  You should check to be sure your TSH level is normal.

I don't see any : Problem with u taking whey protein. Drink lots of water with it. Let your dr adjust your thyroid hormone based on your TSH in 3 months. Take care!

Amitiza (lubiprostone) &amp; thyroid: Amitiza (lubiprostone) can cause joint pain. How long have you been on this med?
When was the last time your thyroid was checked? If real recent, was the blood work normal? Hypothyroidism can cause muscle spasms&amp; joint pain even neuropathy type symptoms in the limbs.  Drinking tonic H2O or club soda, which contains quinine; eating 1Tbsp mustard, or drinking apple cider vinegar may help muscles w/o prescription.

IF THERE HAS BEEN NO: Trauma, if you are not on birth control, smoke, inactive, recently sitting around for prolonged periods of time, and calf not red and shinny, hot, it is unlikely you have a blood clot.
Muscle pain in the calf is common. Ibuprofen and/or tylenol (acetaminophen) should help.
If any of the above symptoms are present though, please see your doctor or go to urgent care please.
