Too many: There're too many conditions that can cause these symptoms to be able to differentiate from just a list. You should be physically examined, have your health history and medication history evaluated, you may need x-rays, you may need lab tests. See BOTH your General Physician and your General Dentist to begin the diagnostic process.

These symptoms and  medications suggest your doctor has diagnosed malnutrition and vitamin deficiency, perhaps with neuropathy, all common w/ AUD. Only if low: Vitamin B infusions may help if found to be low, but otherwise not likely to help if trying to conceive. Best would be to get established with  Ob-Gyn that will be able to help if trying to conceive.

A supplement: Containing the group of b vitamins, so yes. However the problem with b 12 is usually with absorption so a pill may not be the answer for established deficiency.
