: If you are having all of these symptoms, you need to be seen in an emergency room ASAP. Vomiting blood and blood in stools could indicate a GI bleed which can be making you anemic (low blood count) and this can lead to chest pain, even a heart attack. Viral: Moat illnesses like this are viral in nature and can last a week to ten days. Other considerations are abdominal migraine, food allergy. The blood test and urine ruled out serious infection and urinary infection. Ultrasound ruled out any obstructive process. If it continues then  see your doc again.If nothing improving a visit ot eh gastrointestinal specialist could be helpful.

I can only guess that you have erosive esophagitis secondary to reflux or perhaps h. Pylori.  But your doctors know.  Ask them.
