Redness: Swelling are sign of infection. Pain may be as well.
Also, why not take the glass out?

Dermatitis NOS: A rash/skin infection for that long needs to be seen and evaluated so the proper diagnosis can occur and you can be treated for the underlying condition.  A Dermatologist is a skin specialist, so it would be recommended to see that kind of Doctor. best wishes yo you.

Whitish discharge: The classic signs and symptoms of a yeast infection of the vagina are redness, white cottage cheese like discharge and itching or pain. If an over the counter cream such as Monistat does not work, you may have something else. See you gynecologist, if that is the case

Too nonspecific.: Good to have the u/s exclude a DVT but doesn't answer the broader picture.  Enlarged lymph nodes and spleen suggest simply an infection is going on in the body though your PCP will also check your blood profile (CBC) to make sure there isn't an underlying problem with the blood cells and their production in the bone marrow.

Not really...: Neuropathy and twitching are two different things which are not necessarily linked together.  Symptoms of neuropathy include numbness in feet, burning sensation, problem with balance, etc.  Twitching on the other hand can happen from a lot of different reasons such as stress, benign fasciculations or with more serious pathology involving the anterior horn cells such as ALS, Polio, etc.

Yes: Yes. If this is a deep cut, or there is redness, swelling, or drainage that looks like pus you should have this evaluated by a physician.
