Not really...: Neuropathy and twitching are two different things which are not necessarily linked together. Symptoms of neuropathy include numbness in feet, burning sensation, problem with balance, etc. Twitching on the other hand can happen from a lot of different reasons such as stress, benign fasciculations or with more serious pathology involving the anterior horn cells such as ALS, Polio, etc.
