Very unlikely: It is very unlikely in a 31 year old. It is much more likely a recurrence of the reflux. Try an over-the-counter med such as Prilosec and see if it helps.

i have on and off chest pain not really severe just annoying..no other symptoms besides chest pain more in the middle to right can it be my acid reflux or worse stuff like cancer in my esophagus?

Reflux  NOT Cancer.: If chest pain is worse with movement, with Deep Breathing, with Pressure on the Chest = can be inflammation called CostoChondritis; Rx with Local Heat and Ice application or Anti Inflammatory medicine Ointment.
 If Heart burn after eating  or sour taste associated with Annoying Chest pain could be from Reflux. Try OTC Pepcid (famotidine) or Omeprazole for 2 to 4 weeks. 
 See your MD if not better with above Rx

has a tickle cough for 6 weeks no phlegm just tickly and also muscle at top of back been on dr google and now worried about cancer just wondering if anyone has any info on what it could be ,i have acid reflux but my medication stops all symptoms ?

have acid reflux alot & my husb says my breath sometimes smells sweet/sour/rotten fruit-like.sometimes he says it smells even when i dont have acid reflux symptoms. its possible? is it possible to smell bad when i overeat? scared i have stmch cancer

REFLUX: Acid reflux may be a cause of halitosis, but our breath can be influenced by the foods we eat. At your age most of the times you should not concern about cancer, but if your symptoms are persistent, you have difficulty swallowing food, have vomited blood or have lost a lot of weight, you better go see your GI doctor so he will elucidate if you need more specialized studies like an upper endoscopy.

Very silent: pancreatic cancer is a very silent cancer, discovered by accident unless it is advanced.
the GI symptoms has nothing to do with the cancer itself, it is either unrelated other illnesses, or the cancer already advanced and start causing problems to the adjacent organs, like liver and stomach.
high level of suspicion specially in patient with family history might lead to early discovery.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Too variable: It usually takes years of reflux to cause cancer, but reflux can cause other problems much sooner, such as chest pain, bleeding, scarring and obstruction of esophagus etc.

Varies: Chronic gerd can cause changes to the distal esophagus.  These cellular changes are called barrett's esophagus.  Once seen on biopsy, these changes must be followed by endoscopy to look for dysplasia, a premalignant cellular change.  This usually takes years, so medical management is very important, and endoscopic survey may be necessary.  Speak to your doctor. Good luck.
