i had a mri for low back pain and it showed i had a enlarged  uterus but i am having no symptoms i only have a herniated disc in back? please explain?

The uterus can be: Enlarged for several reasons, the most common are multiple pregnancies and benign smooth muscle tumors, called leiomyomata or fibroids.

The findings on MRI may be incidental - meaning unexpected and generally unrelated to the patient's symptoms, but not alway unimportant.

Please discuss next steps with your doctor, depending on your personal history and physical exam.

how do i know if i have chest pain?i have a herniated disc, and gerd and i can't ever tell if its actual chest pain or symptoms from my back/gerd.

Difficult: Herniated th disca. And gerd both can cause chest pain. It often is adeep pain , inside your. Bidy.  Muscle pains are often more superficial.  You did not say how you got the herniated disc,  many are caused by trama causing other soft tissue injury which also can cause chest pain.
If your conditions are treated properly those pains should  be contolled.

mri confirmed herniated disc in cervical spine in july. symptoms have gotten a lot better, but still randomly feel them (way less intense and dont affect my day-to-day life). what can i do to help fully recover?

can hip pain be a symptom of herniated disc? i have l 3-4 disc protrusion (per mri) from lifting a heavy object.  initially i only had low back and hip pain.  over the period of 2 weeks i developed pain down my left leg and into the sole of my left foot.

The : The spine is made up of bony vertebrae and gel filled disks.  The disks act as shock absorbers between the vertebrae.  The disk is made up of an outer fibrosis shell called the annulus fibrosis and an inner gel called the nucleus pulposus.

When the disk is injured the wall of the disk may weaken, break and bulge out.  If the gel-like nucleus pulposus breaks partially through the outer annulus fibrosis this is called a disk protrusion.  If the disk breaks all the way through the annulus fibrosis this is called a disk herniation.

When you initially injured your back the protruded disk caused back pain.  The leg pain pain developed when the disk enlarged and pinched the leg nerve causing sciatica.

Disk disease can present with back pain, back pain that progresses into leg pain, back and leg pain or just leg pain.

The hip pain may be from the herniated disk, but it is commonly from injury to sacroiliac (si) joint or possibly hip done at the same time you injured your disk.  This is best determined by a history and examination by a spine doctor.

had nerve pain in july, mri and xray of brain and cervical spine revealed herniated disc. i still have symptoms today, but they are a lot less intense. should i be worried i still get them? also think my anxiety isnt helping

No: No, you should not be worried. Herniated discs in the spine is not something that get corrected with medical treatment. It is normal if you still feel the pain or numbness. The only way to repair a herniated disc is with surgery.

Vary: Most patients after simple laminectomy/discectomy for a herniated disc report significant pain relief.  There may be continued areas of soreness or back pain even with successful surgery. There can be associated leg/foot weakness, which is more likely with pre-op muscle issues. If symptoms continue, talk with your doctor.

Many symptoms...: While this could be a sign of a herniated disc, it sounds a little more like facet arthritis as it does not radiate to different areas and does not have a constant dull ache. That being said, a physical exam and imaging would be necessary to be sure. If you are concerned about an actual herniation, then I would recommend seeing a physician for an exam to be safe.
