Flu: This is likely the flu.  Drink plenty of fluids and take tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin for the chills  get plenty of rest as well.  You will  feel better in  a few days.  The flu we have had this year has been particularly bad and hangs around a long time  good luck and feel better!

If semi-acute, hours to days, expeditious doctor evaluation needed for consideration of a systemic disorder. If long-term, weeks to months, see primary doctor for in-depth medical evaluation; if no distinctive diagnosis is obtained, then see Rheumatologist for consideration of fibromyalgia.

Exercise tolerance: Your body needs to gradually work up toward doing a longer or higher intensity exercise routine. Start by doing no more than "moderate" intensity, for no more than 20 minutes on the first day. Then, GRADUALLY increase it every 2-3 days, by 5 minutes each time, until you reach your ultimate goal. You pushed yourself too hard and too fast, and THAT is why you felt sick afterward.

GAD: These sound like antidepressant withdrawal sx,  but since you never tried one, i wonder (also being in england  ) how much alcohol you are consuming, which can produce these withdrawal sx.  Same for marijuana.

Adrenal : It could be adrenal insufficiency if other cause have being ruled out with blood. The diagnoses of adrenal insufficiency requires specific stimulation tests.

Not necessarily: Many of your symptoms appear to be related to a TMJ/TMD issue.  Prozac (fluoxetine) does have some terrible side effects (bad effects,) and should be explored.  But the question is if you had any of these symptoms prior to going on Prozac (fluoxetine).  Get to your Dr. or pharmacist and ask many questions.  You may need more than one Dr. and/or a TMJ/TMD specialist.
