Yes: 28y fem. w. "dizzy, lightheaded, nausea & pains legs/arms". If fever/syncope need urgent evaluation. Viral? If semi-acute, hours to days, expeditious doctor evaluation needed for consideration of a systemic disorder. If long-term, weeks to months, see primary doctor for in-depth medical evaluation; if no distinctive diagnosis is obtained, then see Rheumatologist for consideration of fibromyalgia.
