I am dizzy, have nausea, and light headed. i have also had pains in my lower legs and arms. should i be seen by a dr?

Yes: 28y fem. w. "dizzy, lightheaded, nausea & pains legs/arms". If fever/syncope need urgent evaluation. Viral? If semi-acute, hours to days, expeditious doctor evaluation needed for consideration of a systemic disorder.
