Good: Take the antibiotics and i hope you feel better soon -- and you can take tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen as instructed for the pain in your chest if necessary.

girlfriend (19) has pinprick red spots all over her chest, developed over past 3 days. also has swollen tonsils (had tonsilitus 2 months ago but has been recurring) white bacteria streaks can be seen ?

Possible: She has strep with it in her blood stream. Impossible to say tot hour her being seen. If she has this it is serious . She needs to go to doc!

Typical: This is a classical part of the description of the pain of pericarditis. When you are lying down, the heart shifts slightly in relation to other structures in your chest, making discomfort from the inflammation more intense.

Details: The devil's in the details. If your stress tests were done recently, you can feel reassured that the pain isn't of cardiac origin. I see you're on omeprazole, pantoprazole and ranitidine (hopefully not all at the same time!) so I have to suspect you've been diagnosed with acid reflux or gastritis, both common causes of chest pain. Peptic ulcer pain also can radiate to the back.

Probably nothing: Your tissues got hurt from the trauma. You may take acetaminophen for the pain. It will get better soon.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Possibly ge reflux: Sometimes gastroesophageal reflux can irritate esophagus causing dysmotility or narrowed segments that can impede movement of food through the esophagus. Your physician should be able either by trial on medication, testing with imaging, or scoping the esophagus and stomach make this diagnosis. Your testing has ruled out cardiac issues and other anatomic causes for sternal pain.

Chest pain: Go to the ER  ASAP to be evaluated for a possible heart sttack. Take 4 baby aspirins before you leave

Back pain: There are many reasons for back pain from strain, arthritis, kidney stones to herniated disk, pleuritis, etc. Some of your problems may be unrelated.  See your physician for evaluation of your back pain.
