Possibly ge reflux: Sometimes gastroesophageal reflux can irritate esophagus causing dysmotility or narrowed segments that can impede movement of food through the esophagus. Your physician should be able either by trial on medication, testing with imaging, or scoping the esophagus and stomach make this diagnosis. Your testing has ruled out cardiac issues and other anatomic causes for sternal pain.
