Biopsy it: I would ask for a biopsy. Most of the biopsies of the bone can be done with a jamshidi needle (small needle with minimal down time). Once a correct diagnosis is confirmed then a better treatment option could be discussed.

Bone cyst: Bone cysts occur throughout the body. Surgical treatment is to remove the cyst and pack it with bone either from your body or from a lab. Depending on the size of the cyst, and type follow up will vary.

Not cancer: Based on your description, a sac known as a "bursa" that cushions the bones of your ankle, may be inflammed, which is a common injury and may be caused by increased exercise, poorly fitting shoes, or basically a type of low grade, longer term irritation. This bursitis can be treated with a steroid injection directly into the area, or by oral anti-inflammatories. Bone cancer is unusual in your age.

No: the closest lymph nodes cluster to that area is the inguinal lymph nodes and they are located a little above in the groin area.

Return to surgeon: Who removed tooth to evaluate if you need further treatment or an antibiotic.   It may be healing within normal lummis depending on the difficulty of the extraction but you need ţ let a dental professional see  it to be sure.

Swollen sac: Sounds like a possible infection especially if the side of your face with the swelling is warmer than the other side so see  your surgeon ASAP to have the area looked at.

Normal: Sounds like classic olecranon bursitis. Avoid any friction across your elbow. Try using elbow pads if you can't avoid placing friction across your elbow. It could take weeks to months to resolve and you are predisposed to having it again in the future. Draining the fluid is usually a waste of time.

i have a whitehead on my scrotal sac that i popped but nothing came out, like it deflated almost... it is slightly swollen, which ointment do i use?

Neosporin: Neosporin is a good first step at protecting an open wound. Can also apply vaseline through the day if it stings. If area becomes very red and painful next few days see an MD to make sure not a staph infection. Tempting to pop lesions but really not a good idea. Always try hot soaks and layer of vaseline to soften skin and let it "pop" on it's own.

Poss. Foreign body: If it is truly a sac and one-sided it could be what we call a pyogenic granuloma caused by a retained foreign body.  Must see a dermatologist or ophthalmologist for proper DX and rx.

after a bad fall, hittin the knee now knee cap is swollen, couple of cuts and extremely painful, suspected ruptured bursa sac. how can a xray prove?

Exam: You will need an examination and x-rays to rule out a fractured patella or tibia/fibula/femur. The x-ray will not show a ruptured bursa, only an MRI will.
