I wonder why?: Enlarged nodes are either due to infection/inflammation or cancer. If they are increaswing in size then a biopsy can help determine the nature or cause of their enlargement. If they are small(less than 1cm) and not growing in size at all, then they can be left alone as they are likely to be benign.

i have a swollen lymphnode on my lower back it's been there for over 3 months getting bigger  i'm not sure what to do?

This is probably: NOT a lymph node if its "on" your back it sounds more like a sebaceous cyst (plugged sweat gland") This needs to be seen and a definitive Diagnosis made before treatment is advised!

Seek Evaluation: There are several categories of diagnoses related to generalized lymphadenopathy.  Common things being common, a viral infection is possible.  Lymphoma, leukemia, drug-associated, and bacterial infections are also possible.  The workup isn't necessarily a super quick thing.  I would see your primary doctor.  If you had a new sexual partner, i'd get tested for hiv, mono, etc.

Once a lymph node: Enlarges, it may not shrink much. If there is no enlargement and no pain, likely not an issue.

what does sudden onset (i didn't have them a couple of hours ago) of 2 swollen lymphnodes in neck mean? both under 1cm, not painful, not soft/movable

Neck nodes: Swollen lymph nodes usually means that your body is processing information such as illness like a cold or allergies. It may be that they have come up slowly over time but it seems sudden to you because she just now noticed them. Have you had a recent runny nose, cough, sinus congestion, or something like that? If so, this is the most likely explanation. Unless your immune system is running low forsome reason I recommend giving it some time

i feel slight pain under left jawline only when i touch it,upon tilting my head backwards i could feel something swollen and painful to touch,its movable,it has been there for a while but no othr symptom.is it a swollen lymphnode? should i be worried?

: It could be an enlarged lymph node but it could be a swollen salivary gland that may have a stone in its duct. If discomfort or tenderness of this lump persist, see your MD or an ENT specialist for evaluation &amp; advice.

Possible: Unprotected oral sex is associated with risk of STDs, which may cause enlargement of lymph nodes. I don't think STDs can cause inflammation of carotid arteries though.
