Need attention ASAP: If you have swollen lymph nodes all over the body, need to get examined by your PCP as chronic infections, blood related conditions like leukemia, lymphoma need to be ruled out. You need detailed work up.

Rashes: I wish I could give you a definitive answer, but unfortunately rashes are basically impossible to diagnose over the computer.  Best for you to see a dermatologist who specializes in skin disorders since this has been going on for a year now.  good luck.

swollen lymph nodes that are swollen from tuberculosis. would they be soft or hard? abd would they hurt or not? i've had then for 2 yrs

Maybe not TB: If you have been treated appropriately for tuberculosis and still have significantly enlarged lymph nodes they would be soft and non-tender.  If they are hard to stony they should be examined again, and perhaps biopsied.  Would help to know whether there are other symptoms.

See a doctor please: Anything that lasts that long needs to have an evaluation and recommendations for care. I would strongly suggest you make an appointment with a physician asap to rule out any significant problems that could possibly be taken care of easier early then later.

Sometimes : Lumps in the neck can be caused by a number of things. They range from benign (like lymph nodes responding to an infection, cysts, or non-cancerous tumors) to serious. Your doctor, after doing a history and physical exam can help you and recommend a specialist if needed.

Nodes: Please see your doctor. He/she will ask you a few questions, examine you, and order lab tests.
Examining your lymph nodes is critical. 
Whether or not the doctor(s) will do anything to the nodules is not certain.

Go to your Doctor: Hard lymph nodes are suspect. They should be checked by your doctor who may consider a biopsy and run other tests to find out the cause. watch and see if the lymph nodes/or the hard mass is growing in size which makes them suspect for a more serious condition than otherwise.

Impossible: First we would never, ever guess about HIV.  Having swollen lymph nodes does not in any way diagnose one as being HIV positive. Second, you did not test correctly for HIV and the test you report was a complete and absolutely invalid test. It was done two months too soon. Because of this you must do another HIV test. At six months the results will be valid.

Need more info: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. There are no lymph nodes in the scalp. You may wish to seek the advice of a different doctor.

Get diagnosis. No ER: The ER doctor probably said, "you don't have an emergency". It's true.. with numbers like this, you most likely have a viral infection. But that depends on the number, size, &amp; location of the swollen lymph nodes that you point out. Talk to your regular doctor or use HealthTap Prime to find a diagnosis.
