Get diagnosis. No ER: The ER doctor probably said, "you don't have an emergency". It's true.. with numbers like this, you most likely have a viral infection. But that depends on the number, size, & location of the swollen lymph nodes that you point out. Talk to your regular doctor or use HealthTap Prime to find a diagnosis. Don't attempt to play doctor yourself. If nodes are large enough, biopsy can be done to help out
