Unlikely: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

See his physician: Sometimes, even without trauma, one can rupture a tendon connected to part of the biceps muscle.  He needs to see his physician.  Usually the treatment involves rest, pain medicines and physical therapy.  If he is a serious athlete, he should see an orthopedist for an evaluation

Did : Did you get an mri?  I think an MRI would be helpful to see if there is any sort of mechanical block to your extension such as a loose body (a piece of cartilage that is stuck in the joint).   If your last three fingers are getting numb, this may be sign of an ulnar nerve compression.

Maybe...: Depending on the mechanism of injury (i.e. What led to the fracture and how hard the injury  was), there is the possibility that you might have a hairline fracture in your elbow.  I would recommend that x-rays are taken of your elbow, if they have not been done in the past.  The other option (more likely) is that the elbow is stiff from not being used.

Be seen: It sounds like a reactive lymph node or a small sebaceous gland infection.  He/she should be seen to determine what is going on with them.

Couple possibilities: Axillary lymphadenopathy , lymphadenitis,  follicular cysts, sebaceous cysts, sebaceous adenitis,  sweat gland cysts or tumors, or  lipomas.  A primary care doctor can examine and determine the type of swollen "glands" and due tests to determine the cause.  Typically axillary lymph node swellings (adenopathy or adenitis) are due to infections or cancer.

This could be: related to an infection, or a cyst. If it gets larger and doesn't go away in 1-2 weeks see a doctor

Neurologist: Inflammation of the brachial nerve(brachial neuritis) can cause this pattern of pain. Impingement of a nerve root at a vertebra by a disc or spur is another possibility. I recommend an evaluation by a neurologist. Xray, mri,emg are studies that may be recommended. Your physician can check your armpit for pathology as well as enlarged lymph gland is not usually an associated finding.

Hard to distinguish: It could be a cyst or a swollen node. May need medical assessment to distinguish the two.
