Synovial cyst: It could be a synovial cyst. They usually are inconsequential unless they put pressure on other tissues and it seems your blood vessel is being compressed. Go to your doctor for proper examination, treatment, or even surgery if necessary. There still could be other causes or diagnosis, so best to be seen by your md.

Compensation: The pain in the foot and ankle may be due to compensation. Meaning you may be walking differently due to the knee pain causing other lower extemity joints to hurt.

Possible fracture: It sounds that you broke it or severe strain. Gos see doctor and do  x rays.

Go see your doctor: Painful swollen foot could be due to infection, sprain or fracture. You need an physical exam to determine what's going on. Perhaps even an xray. Consider a heating pad if there's any warmth or redness (but don't delay going to see your doc). If it's neither hot nor red, then you might consider cold pack for an injury

Effusion: It sound like you have an effusion in your ankle. Previous trauma? Swelling in the joint or in the surrounding tissues of your ankle? A painless swollen monoarthritis should be investigated w/full exam to see if you have any infection rheumatological sx or diabetes, may progress to polyarthritis. X-rays and joint aspiration may be needed. You will need to rest , ice, elevate and compress ankle.

Inflammation: Initial healing begins with inflammation. A by-product of the inflammation is swelling. Unless the injured foot is elevated above heart level, swelling can get quite massive. Even with proper elevation, the foot can remain swollen when dependent for 6-8 weeks.

See below : She needs to elevate her feet & use a compression wrap. She needs to contact her doctor & explain the problem.

Dark urinre: Usually means you are dehydrated and not drinking enough water. As for swollen Lo, doesn't sound like diabetes but I'd get it checked

a week ago, i severely rolled my ankle. i have been icing it and keeping it wrapped. it is still swollen around the ankle bone. did i tear a ligament?

Possible: It is entirely possible that you sprained it, but also possible that you may have a fracture.  The fact that it has been a week and it is still swollen makes me think it would be a wise idea to go to your physician who will be better able to examine it.  It may also be wise to get xrays. It is hard to say what is wrong without actually seeing it.

is my ankle broken?i tripped over a shoe&its swollen next to my bone and it's bigger than my ankle bone. i cant  turn it around&it's hard to the touch

Ankle pain: the only way to know if it is broken unless it is obviously deformed or the bone is sticking out is to get an X-ray. Unfortunately, even if you can walk on it or if it is massively swollen does't mean it is or isn't broken.  There have been many times in my career I thought something was broken and it wasn't in X-ray and vice versa.
