its almost 6 days after getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. is it normal to have really bad swelling still? (just on one side, which was the hardest to take out) swelling is on bottom left, under chin, and lips. also experiencing numbness?

2 thoughts: The more extensive the surgery, the greater the chance of post-surgical swelling.
Your treating General Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon is responsible for your post-surgical care. Schedule an examination. In addition to swelling from trauma you may have an infection.

i have little swelling on the head of my penis and a small rash on one side 
its not itchy 
or painful 
just looks ugly?

Possibilities. : A blemish can develop on the penis. Another likely candidate would be a papilloma from HPV.  Seeing the rash would help. i was hit on my head very hard a week ago. my head still hurts on one side with some swelling and tender to touch. should i go to the doctor?

: You describe a localized area of bruising over the scalp.  This should gradually resolve over several days.  Medical attention would be needed if constant and worsening headache, dizziness and/or imbalance, nausea and vomiting, blurring or doubling of vision, and the onset of episodes of loss of consciousness.  It is your choice whether to see your doctor at this point.

i have swelling on one side of my posterior skull. i had a head injury many years back. i had c-t scan also. can this swelling develop into tumor?

Unlikely: It is unlikely.  If the swelling is getting larger or is getting more painful then it needs to be re-evaluated to make sure that it does not represent a sarcoma or any other kind of soft tissue tumor.

Normal: lymph node reaction to infection. I assume you were treated.- if it  come back, see PCP immediately.

: Did you go through a covid infection last year?  If so long covid may explain all these symptoms. If you haven't been thoroughly evaluated by a neurologist, do so.  If you have, I recommend being evaluated by a neurologist at a university hospital near you. I also recommend an examination by a mental health professional because of cognitive issues &amp; possible.mood disorder.See  ophthalmologist

Doctor should check: Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on computers, stress at work, etc... A severe or increasing headache, recurrent headache, weird headache, or with other worrisome symptoms should be evaluate. That said, one's doctor can examine to see if the swelling is muscle, lymph node, cyst, abscess, allergic reaction, etc...
