Hematoma: This islikely a deep blood collection that pooled between the scalp &amp; skull where there are few blood vessels to help it fade. These are created from broken veins that bridge the scalp through the skull. Sometimes the pool will form a bony calcium deposit that can last months. Eventually it will fade as the kid grows. You never try to drain it or it can become infected. Your doc should confirm it

This : This is per webmd  "a very serious allergic reaction to this drug is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of a serious allergic reaction may include: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), redness of the ears, severe dizziness, trouble breathing." i would get emergency treatment now.

Which part of ear?: The ear itself will not show lymph node enlargement, but will close by. A small infection perhaps, if the lobe is swollen and tender, perhaps a sebaceous cyst. More information is necessary for a reasonable answer.

Her doctor can check: A 2.5 year-old would already have had her MMR vaccine to protect against measles, mumps, and rubella. However, vaccines are not 100% protective, so catching mumps is still possible. Also, there are other viruses and bacteria than can cause similar symptoms, so such a child should be seen by her doctor. Her second molars could be coming out, but her doctor should still have a look.

Lymphadenitis: Could be inflammation of upper neck  lymph nodes due to a viral upper respiratory or ear infection. If does not respond to over the counter nsaids such as Ibuprofen within 24 to 48 hours, you need to be evaluated by an ENT specialist.
