Do you feel ok?: Sorry to hear about your accident.  Hope you are feeling ok.  Unless you start to have bad headaches or severe sleepiness today, you may be ok.  Sometimes a slip and fall like this causes a bad problem inside the head.  It is hard to know if it is developing unless it is checked out. Head swelling: The only things i can think of would be trauma and infection.  Any history of insect bites?  I would apply ice, but if that doesn't help, see a doctor.

Which location it is: Who said it could be a lymphnode. If already a docotor saw and felt it is harmless no need to do anything. As  some of the conditions in scalp can cause small lymphnodes to appear prominently such  as dandruff, small cuts, infected acne, pustules, can cause them . But lymphnodes in the back of scalp close to the nape of neck called  occipital nodes are significant in some conditions-syphilis, hiv.

Worry not: If there is no bruising then the chance of a clinically important traumatic brain injury is less than 0.02% (PECARN head Injury algorithm).

If it has been more than 6 hours and the child is acting completely fine and not vomiting you are all good. Otherwise, see your doctor.

Likely OK: Vacuum extraction can occasionally lead to a blood pocket forming under the scalp that will  take months to resolve.It may initially be soft & then form a calcium deposit on the skull. Over time the normal growth & remodeling of the skull will let it fade.There is a smaller chance it could be a collection of blood vessels within the scalp, but that should be evident on physical exam.

Possibilities. : A blemish can develop on the penis. Another likely candidate would be a papilloma from HPV.  Seeing the rash would help.
