Pain: It sounds like a muscular issue. Try Aleeve or Advil (ibuprofen). That will probably clear it up

Cyst: Most common mass on the back is a sebaceous cyst. It's benign but will continue to grow if not removed

Are you saying: That you have difficulty breathing?  If so, and the nebulizer doesn't help, return to your doc for additional treatment options or seek a second opinion.  Pain between shoulder blades need to be mentioned also so he/she can do a thorough work up.  Peace and good health.

Atypical Chest: Always warrants medical evaluation sooner rather than later. You need a thorough Physical Examination, Chest X-Ray, Lab Work including a CBC and test for Mono, possibly a CT of your chest. I am concerned about the possibility of a Aortic problem which is a life-threatening emergency. Go to ER immediately.

Have anexam: The lymph nodes in your arm pits may be fighting some sort of infection and your depleted condition and tension/fatigue could have affected your back. See a Dr to find the cause(s) and get some relief. While I'd be silly to declare that you don't have cancer latent somewhere - I don't see any reason to think you do. Ask the doctor who does your exam/lab work to evaluate that possibility. Best!

Inflammation!: To have pain in so many places means an inflammatory process must be excluded. He needs someone with rheumatology expertise to diagnose and treat the problem.  If inflammation is present, he will need more than aleve-like nsaids. My bet: psoriatic arthritis with ankle involvement!

Muscle strain: The swelling could be from a muscle strain, or possibly inflammation of the bursa sac of the shoulder blade.  I would recommend you have this evaluated.

It sounds like..: ..some sort of minimal trauma/abrasion. It doesn't sound like a drug/other rash to me. The one-sidedness is not surprising. Many of us, if not most, have some mild spinal asymmetry that causes one scapula to be more prominent than the other. But the real question what could be rubbing hard enough to cause red marks? Perhaps you are very sensitive to the type of fabric in your shirt or laundry soap

: At your age the causes are mostly muscular and benign. Get some uppre back massage and heat for a few days and you should be fine.
