Asym Hyperhidrosis: Usually represents neurologic disease as opposed to a primary disorder.  Causes include chiari malformation, reflex sympathetic dystrophy (rsd), or harlequin's syndrome.  Additionally, endocrine disorders can cause this problem.  Examples are diabetes and hyperthyroidism. You should meet with your neurologist to discuss further as there is treatment. Go to the ER: There could be a reaction to the insect bite. Go to an ER now as your symptoms are concerning for allergic reaction or envenomation. Without the actual animal being seen it is almost impossible to tell what bit you.

Genes: Sweat glands are regulated by hormones that are in turn regulated genetically. This is assuming your child is, otherwise, healthy. If your child has a metabolic disorder, he may excrete certain chemicals through his sweat that cause it to have unusual odor. But this is not to be taken as a sole sign of disease. There must be other symptoms suggestive of a metabolic disorder.

Exam: You need to see your Physician immediately.  If you don't have one go to Urgent Care.  You need a full work-up.

Yes: Viral infections are associated with a viral syndrome ( associated symptoms) that often include sweating. Antiviral drugs taken daily can decrease the frequency of the outbreaks and the whole syndrome.

Sweat: Need workup by your pcp to rule out medical causes first, then treat the cause.

No: Too minor a problem to take note and worry about. Simply ignore it as there is nothing serious that can cause this.

Need more info: If you also have sweaty palms, it could be excess adrenaline, which may improve with time. Surgery may help but has risks.
A sour armpit odor is abnormal; a musky odor is normal, and attracts males. 
Avoid antiperspirants containing aluminum, they block your sweat glands. Deodorant is just cheap perfume. 
For racing heart, shortness of breath, infected skin or pustules, see a doctor.

i know i have that sweating disease cuz my armpits swaet so bad threw everything to the point where last summer they dripped down my arm. what do i do?

See your doctor: There are good treatments for hyperhidrosis (sweating too much). First, make sure you are not on a medicine that contributes - some anti-depressants commonly cause this.  Before stopping them, however, discuss it with your doctor.  Injecting Botox can be extremely helpful.  Also there is a chemical called drysol that can be applied before bed and works great as well.

Not necessarily,: But it doesn't hurt to get your blood pressure checked on a routine basis. It should be checked during most office visits to physicians, and you can go to many fire/ems stations to get a free check from a trained person.
