how can i remove a flat mole from my face except surgery and laser. is there any cream which is cheap to buy except "dermatend" because it's so costly?

Don't try it: Sorry. Surgery or laser are your options, or leave it alone. Your physician should see it in any case to be sure it's not melanoma or something else dangerous. The stuff you read on the internet (garlic, banana peels, strawberries, and of course apple cider vinegar, which supposedly cures everthing) is just silly, made-up stuff.

See your doctor: This string is probably a deep suture coming through the surface of the skin.  The doctor or nurse will simply cut the suture present above the skin. The small hole left by the suture will heal in secondarily with no scarring.

Mole Removal Surgery: Most moles are either removed totally especially if small or if very large a "punch biopsy" at one of the edges is done for diagnosis to make sure it is not a melanoma and if it is then the depth/stage it is.
In all cases moles are sent to the pathologist to get a microspopic examination as the standard of care.
