Itchy rash: Itchy rashes can be caused by a wide variety of diseases and conditions, such as infection, inflammation, allergic reaction, parasite and insect bites, and autoimmune processes. For example, a small localized itchy rash may be caused by contact dermatitis due to contact with an irritant or allergen.  a itchy rash that covers large parts of the body may be due to a viral infection or scabies.

Itchy Rash: From what you describe this may indeed be eczema.  I would try you usual treatments, if they don't work then see you doctor.

Cannot see the pic: Typically a reactions such as poison oak will occur on the skin after the touch in that area with the offending agent, if you have been sensitized to that allergen.

i am 6 weeks post-op from tah. removed all 11 steri strips a few days ago and now have super itchy and red rash in the shape of steri strips...help!?

Too long: The steri strips probably should have been removed 5 weeks ago. Usually those are left on for less than a week. The area is probably very dirty and needs cleaning. You skin is probably very irritated from prolonged exposure to the adhesive.  After washing some over the counter Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream should calm the tissue inflammation.

Rashes: Most allergic rashes are itchy however, not all itchy rashes are allergic. A good example is scabies that is cause by an arthroppod (insect) that tunnels beneath the skin. Ask your primary care provider to evaluate the rash first, seek a dermatologists opinion if the pcp can not determine the cause.

A common rash in : the skin folds of the inner thigh is jock itch.This can be treated with over the counter anti-fungal medicine.

See dermatologist: If this happens when you are in the countryside , you are likely allergic to something outdoors or even to the sun. 
I would suggest that you consult a dermatologist to find out the cause. Certainly poison oak/poison ivy is a factor to be considered especially since its resin on contaminated articles may remain potent for months.

See doctor for eval: The rash needs to be evaluated.  Need to see your primary care physician or a dermatologist who will need to do careful history and Physical exam.

Yes , it is possible: Although It is not common to get an allergic rash as a reaction to the body wash, but it is possible. She should be checked by her pediatrician to be sure that it is an allergic rash and not a something else.
Changing the body wash in addition to use of a mild antihistaminic medicine would solve this problem

i have an itchy rash on my chest, it keeps spreading to shoulders and breast. i usually use fluticasone propionate 0.005% ointment for rashes but it doesn't help in this case. also, i moved from eu to the us a year ago. please help.

Need to be seen: start with your doctor, who may refer you to a dermatologist, it could very well be a fungal infection. Kindly don't use a strong steroid, prescription strength, medication as fluticasone  ointment  without doctor's supervision, best wishes
