I am 6 weeks post-op from tah. removed all 11 steri strips a few days ago and now have super itchy and red rash in the shape of steri strips...help!?

Too long: The steri strips probably should have been removed 5 weeks ago. Usually those are left on for less than a week. The area is probably very dirty and needs cleaning. You skin is probably very irritated from prolonged exposure to the adhesive. After washing some over the counter Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream should calm the tissue inflammation.
