Hi there! i have an itchy rash on my chest, it keeps spreading to shoulders and breast. i usually use fluticasone propionate 0.005% ointment for rashes but it doesn't help in this case. also, i moved from eu to the us a year ago. please help.

Need to be seen: start with your doctor, who may refer you to a dermatologist, it could very well be a fungal infection. Kindly don't use a strong steroid, prescription strength, medication as fluticasone ointment without doctor's supervision, best wishes
