Unlikely: Trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole causes many different side effects and toxicities but arthritis or joint pain is not among them.

No: Acyclovir and steroids. May help with symptoms .It will resolve . Antibiotics have no role in treatment of shingles which is a reactivation of varricella virus.

Laryngitis?: Could be viral i.e. No treatment needed will resolve on own. If bacterial, your antibiotic seems reasonable. Another one that is good for laryngitis is azithromycin. This been said, you may have singer's node due to irritation of vocal cords. You need voice rest and if no better next week see ear nose and throat doc. Hope you are not a smoker which increases chances of cancer larynx.

Urinary : Urinary tract infections are very common in women due to their short urethra. It is most common when they are sexually active, or delay urination (such as with teachers) when they shouldn't have. Remember always urinate after sex first, then cuddle. 
The drug you mention is a sulfa antibiotic which is commonly used for treatment of uti's.  It is very safe and very effective.  Hope that helps.

: Theoretically, coadministration with other agents that can prolong the QT interval may result in additive effects and increased risk of ventricular arrhythmias, So you should seek prompt medical attention if you  experience any of these symptoms: dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, palpitation, irregular heart rhythm, shortness of breath, or syncope

Yes: The Phenazopyridine treats the discomfort of the uti.  However, it is more likely that you are allergic to the antibiotic. Contact your doctor's office before they close for the weekend and try to get a different antibiotic.

Abscess?: WAS IT JUST SKIN INFECTION OR THERE IS AN ABSCESS-PUS FORMATION? IF IT , NEEDS TO BE DRAINED. MAY BE YOU NEEDED A LONGER COURSE OF BACTRIM.
