Laryngitis?: Could be viral i.e. No treatment needed will resolve on own. If bacterial, your antibiotic seems reasonable. Another one that is good for laryngitis is azithromycin. This been said, you may have singer's node due to irritation of vocal cords. You need voice rest and if no better next week see ear nose and throat doc. Hope you are not a smoker which increases chances of cancer larynx.
