i am losing eyelashes and have sections missing from one eye at a time. it goes back and forth from eye to eye so i rarely have a full set on both eyes at the same time. it's been happening for quite some time. what should i do?

Loss of lashes: There are several reasons for lash loss in both lids.
1. Leaving cosmetics on too long or being allergic to the material.
2 Blepharitis. Inflammation of lid
3 Trichotillomania. Stress causing self removal
4 Thyroid disease  Hyper or Hypo
Visit your ophthalmologist to determine cause and proper treatment.

Many symptoms: Try and get in to see your primary doctor today or tomorrow. If that does not work, with your many symptoms please have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility as soon as possible.

i have a black head remover set and i soaked them in alcohol wich caused two of them to get a little rusty. i grabbed the wrong one and used it on my nose for my blackheads what are my chances of getting tetnus? i wahsed my face before and after

Negligable: While tetanus spores can exist almost anywhere they are not common contaminants of the face. It is unrelated to the rust but possible when you create any wound in the skin that would allow the spores a way in. If it has been more than 5-10 years since your last tetanus booster the event is a reminder to consider getting one at your convenience.

Breech : Breech delivery in and of itself is not usually associated with anoxia suficient to cause problems.  It sounds like you may have had other risk factors, (multiple birth and a difficult delivery).  You need to see a doctor who specializes in pediatric neurology or developmental medicine.

Difficult to say: "hooded" suggests dermatochalasis or laxity of the upper eyelid skin which can happen due to aging.  The upper eyelids can sag as a result and even obscure the superior vision.  Deep set would suggest a prominent brow.  It is difficult to say without seeing this on an physical exam.

Allergy: Dark circles are usually a sign of being allergic. It is called the "mask of atopy". I suppose you can use makeup to diminish the appearance.

Sure: But a ruler/measuring tape would be a lot more accurate.

Probably need exam: Puffiness around the eyes is typical with allergies and inflammation, as well as generalized fluid accumulation in the body (edema, which may build up in the face and around the eyes while sleeping). Droopiness of the eyes usually refers to droopy eyelids (ptosis) or the brow (brow ptosis). While these would be worse when you look up I do not know. Probably need an exam to figure this out.
