A member asked:

There are two tiny and sensitive yet painless holes set in sort of indents under the head of my penis, one on each side of the center, more or less symmetrically. are they likely part of my circumcision, or something i should worry about?

You describe normal penile anatomy. They are called paraurethral ducts. In women they also are called Skene's glands and produce lubricating fluid for sex. https://www.imaios.com/en/e-anatomy/anatomical-structure/paraurethral-ducts-of-male-urethra-1541215072

Those are the glands which put out a secretion called smegma which gets washed off during normal hygeine in circumcised males
