More history: Usually "dysgeusia" with an odd metallic taste is from taking medications (even calcium carbonate) or "just happens" & is never explained.  I trust you are otherwise well & do not have occupational exposure to lead, mercury, or cadmium.  Try running floss across your tongue, and using plastic utensils.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity at tolerated.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

upon wakening ive been having a metallic taste in mouth and back pain so i spit and there was blood in spit but when i coughed it was brown specks so im not sure if its from my lungs or my mouth i had a chest x-ray and cbc on 7-16 normal what isit?

Need to see Doc.: Chronic cough can be related to allergic rhinitis, post nasal drip, chronic sinus condition, chronic bronchitis, gerd, bronchial asthma, bronchiectesis. Try saline nasal irrigation. Avoid cigarettes smoking. Need evaluation by physician, preferably lung specialist to work up chronic cough if clinically necessary.

: Not particularly. Blowing your nose can produce enough force to break some of the fragile capillaries that line the inside of the nose.   You likely also had some backwash of the blood from the backside of your nose. By itself this is neither unusual or worrisome.
