Not TB: I think we have excluded tb, but there are many other inflammatory, infectious and neoplastic processes that can cause your symptoms. Sometimes this is nothing or viral, but you should see a good doc and have recommended labs which could include ana, ferritin, esr, crp, wbc, cbc, cmp, etc.....

Something’s up. : While your symptoms are non-specific, they suggest that something is going on that deserves investigation. If you were only symptomatic like this for a few days, I could suggest a viral infection. But with three weeks of symptoms and significant fevers, you need an investigation into cause.
