I am a 36 years old healthy male. since 3 weeks, i have been getting extreme sweats and chills at night and experience fatigue all day long; nothing else. i have had 4 tests done and for tb and they showed nothing. whatshould i do?

Not TB: I think we have excluded tb, but there are many other inflammatory, infectious and neoplastic processes that can cause your symptoms. Sometimes this is nothing or viral, but you should see a good doc and have recommended labs which could include ana, ferritin, esr, crp, wbc, cbc, cmp, etc.....

May stil lhave TB: The possible diagnoses with your signs and symptoms is broad, and requires additional information beyond what can be discussed here.That being said, depending on risk factors such has being exposed to people with active tb, the state of your immune system, and other factors, the skin test for TB is not 100% sensitive and can be negative if your immune system is in trouble. An id consult is merited.
