Yes: Most likely a problem with oral allergy syndrome which is a cross reactivity issue with certain raw fruits and vegetables which have similar protein structures to some pollens like ragweed, birch tree, grass or mugwort.

Allergies: Look at family history, is anyone else have any allergies?   Then get yourself tested by a physician for any allergic reactions to all foods.

Maybe: It might be gerd or something else....  Unlikely to be your teeth.   Have an orofacial pain specialist take a look.

Anything's possible.: Milk, eggs, wheat, soybeans, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts ; peanuts cause 90 % of food allergic reactions. Up to 15 million americans suffer from food allergies ; need to avoid not only certain foods but any ingredient that contains proteins derived from them. In some cases, anaphylaxis can result. To blame your multiple, possibly unrelated, symptoms on a parasite seems unlikely however.

Yes, it is: If you have had an allergic reaction it is normal have those bumps.  Its as if your taste buds went a little haywire.  Give it a week or two to resolve.  Call your doctor if you develop ulcers or bleeding.

two weeks ago i started to get small blisters in my mouth, at first it didn't really hurt, but its getting worse. could this be a food allergy?

Not really: Unless these symptoms are directly related to something that you eat, could be aphtous ulcers starting as small blistering, food allergy or even oral allergy syndrome don't usually cause blistering, see your dentist or your doctor for examination

Great: You should be able to eat all foods.  If you want some added relief insurance, you can keep Benadryl (diphenhydramine) with you.  It can counteract the allergic reactions you are afraid of.

Yes : It is usually a chronic condition exacerbated by certain food, stress, or hormonal influences in women (menstruating). Foods can include  spicy foods, sour foods, citrus, walnuts, eggplant, tomato , sharp cheese, among others. Many of them are high in natural salicylates- found in aspirin.  Do a search for foods to avoid online and see if avoidance helps.

No: Geographic tongue is a normal variant.

Vitamin deficiency: Rash around the mouth is more likely to be due to vitamin deficiency than food allergy. Riboflavin, pyridoxine and Niacin deficiencies can cause rash around the mouth.
