Am not sure what you: Mean by not "reacting to medication normally."  the Buprenorphine will have no effect on your other medications - adderal, Buspar (buspirone) and klonopin, so stopping it will not change anything either.  It is an opioid, and doesn't change your reaction to the other medications in any way that I am aware of. I hope you are getting enough psychosocial support to remain off opiates. Good luck.

Suboxone: In the usa Suboxone is mainly used to treat addiction issues. It requires a special certification and a special dea number. Most doctors perceive this as an open door to scrutiny by the dea.

i used cocaine 8 hours ago is it safe for me to take my suboxone. please don't lecture about the cocaine one time usage?

Short half life: Cocaine has a short half-life in the body of about 1 hour, which means that by 8 hours the body has probably metabolised most of it. However if cocaine is used often, the metabolism can slow and it can remain in the system for longer.
It is never a wise idea to mix opiate drugs like suboxone with recreational drugs, as this can cause death (see: numerous dead celebrities). Wait longer to be safe.

Tough question!: This drug is used in physicians" offices, instead of Methadone treatment.  It is also given to patients' for home use.  Professionals are hesitant and careful to allow such drugs to be taken without confidence in lack of abuse.

If you are dependent: on oxycodone, and you take Suboxone BEFORE you are in active withdrawal, you will very much wish you had waited!!  SUboxone will cause precipitated withdrawal in people who are not already in withdrawal, and precipitated withdrawal is far more severe than naturally developing withdrawal, and can actually be life-threatening, with seizures, delirium and very very severe withdrawal symptoms.

does adderral and suboxone taken together cancel out ambien (zolpidem) and its purpose? i can't feel the ambient after 30 mins

Tolerance: More likely it is side effect from Adderall, or you are getting tolerant to Ambien (zolpidem). If you have a history of addiction would avoid drugs like Ambien (zolpidem).

Maybe . . .: Suboxone is a brand name for combination of Buprenorphine & naloxone. Buprenorphine is an opioid agonist-antagonist while Naloxone is strictly an antagonist. It's used in opioid dependence. Chronic opioid use can affect pituitary function and thus lower testosterone production leading to hypogonadism symptoms such as fatigue & loss of libido. Check your t level and get treated if appropriate.

Better yet....: Better to use Suboxone to detox.  Maybe don't even need opiates at this point.
