The linus pauling institute reported a study indicating that green tea can assist w glycemic control. Additionally, green tea has a diuretic effect.

MCI: Mild cognitive impairment can present in different ways. Pure amnestic(short term memory loss) mci is  now known to be pre alzheimers- 12-15% of these patients will progresss to ad per year. Non- amnestic mci where other areas of brain function are affected is not pre ad; it may remain stable. Both types of mci need close follow up to monitor for progression of illness.

Nothing: There's no food or other easy intervention that will change your skin color.  Further, i'd urge you to accept your body as it is, rather than let someone make you think this is something you need to, or should try to do.  The whole world made fun of michael jackson for changing his natural color.  It's almost certain you'll find someone who loves you & thinks your skin color is just perfect now.

BP Tips: Stop alcohol & excess salt. Lose weight. Gradually increase exercise. Plenty of water. Stop smoking. Increase fruit & vegetables. Stress reduce w meditation &/or yoga. Get BP cuff, record daily readings & review with doctor. Be willing to take medicine to protect your heart and kidneys. Hope that's helpful.

Pregnancy Tests: Even inexpensive home pregnancy tests are quite accurate. Have you missed your period? Most women test after they miss a period? You can repeat test in a week if still no period. Take care.
