i am 40 year old women, i suffer from diabetes and loss of hair. besides, i get pulse on my head above the right ear?

Diabetic with hair l: Have your thyroid checked. There is a higher prevalence of hypothyroidism in diabetics. Also have your doctor check that pulse. It is probably nothing to worry about but in rare cases it could be.

Question 2

when i turn my head from side to side or in a downward manner i feel a vibration in my right ear. it's kind of like a pulse that repeats itself rapidly. i am unsure as to what this might be and would greatly appreciate some feedback?if you need any other

ENT evaluation: Although this may simply be your hearing your own carotid arteries which are located near the ear, it is concerning enough that you should probably see an ear/nose/throat physician so they can do a close examination, and possibly order some xrays/ scans to be sure there is nothing serious. They might also be reflected sounds  from the upper neck bones rubbing against each other with head motion.

i have a very strong pulse in the top of my head running down the side of my right ear and neck what could that be?

Swishing: See ENT. May have indication for MRI with contrast to check for vascular mass or lesion. Any hearing loss?

Possible TMJ: Since the pain is near your ear, which is also where your TMJ is, you may be experiencing TMJ dysfunction. A full exam by a dentist with tmd expertise would give you some answers. Not all dentists are experienced in this area so seek out the right dentist. Another possibility would be to see and ent. Depending on what other symptoms you have, the dentist would probably be the first choice.

Infection?: I would worry that you have folliculitis or an abscess in your scalp. This is probably a difficult area for you to see, but if it is red, warm, and painful, it could be infected. In this case, a health provider needs to see if it requires drainage and/or if you need antibiotics. I would recommend seeing a health provider soon.

i have a pulsing noise in my right ear and only. what can be the cause?

Lots of options: It could be a lot of things causing a pulsating sound on your ear. The most common cause of tinnitus is conductive hearing loss. It could simply be blocked up with earwax. Less likely options include  an insect, high blood pressure. I would have your doctor take a look at it. Good luck.

Pain: May be TMJ or inflammation of the temporal artery. Start with warm compresses and ibuprofen but if it persists you should see your doctor

i'm hearing my pulse in my right ear during my workout and when i get up to fast, and sometimes when i'm walking. what would cause this?

Nothing wrong: This is probably due to some inefficiencies in your right eustachian tube, and when there is a little negative pressure in the middle ear, you'd be more likely to hear your internal carotid artery pulsate, which is located just below the middle ear.  If your nose is also chronically stuffy - the cause of that may be causing the partial eustachian tube inefficiency.  Either way - not to worry.

hi, for the last month i am hearing a feeling a squishy low  rushing pulsing in my right ear, always there but can be louder and stronger at times?

Pusling rush in ears: Pulsing sounds and sensations in the ear are more than likely a result of turbulent blood flow through the blood vessels that surrond the inner ear. Increasing blood flow thru activities can make the sounds more prominent. An ear exam and hearing test can be a good first to start. Usually these sensations are a result of a  benign condition.
