When i turn my head from side to side or in a downward manner i feel a vibration in my right ear. it's kind of like a pulse that repeats itself rapidly. i am unsure as to what this might be and would greatly appreciate some feedback?if you need any other

ENT evaluation: Although this may simply be your hearing your own carotid arteries which are located near the ear, it is concerning enough that you should probably see an ear/nose/throat physician so they can do a close examination, and possibly order some xrays/ scans to be sure there is nothing serious. They might also be reflected sounds from the upper neck bones rubbing against each other with head motion.
