ENT evaluation: Although this may simply be your hearing your own carotid arteries which are located near the ear, it is concerning enough that you should probably see an ear/nose/throat physician so they can do a close examination, and possibly order some xrays/ scans to be sure there is nothing serious. They might also be reflected sounds from the upper neck bones rubbing against each other with head motion.
