i'm 21 & about a yr ago i properly learned how to clean & peel back my foreskin. i am able to peel it back when flaccid (from practice), but it is difficult to do when erect. are stretching exercises when erect the best way to help tight foreskin?

Do not force: Do not force the foreskin if it is too tight to be retracted with erect penis. You may consider getting circumcised.

hello, ive been having issues with tight foreskin on my penis. ive been unable to expose the head and have attempted stretching exercises by stroking the head while erect but it hasnt worked. is there something i can do besides circumcision?

Tight Foreskin: There is a much smaller procedure that circumcision where a small slit it made to loosen things up.  Please see your doc for a referral to a urologist.  Peace and good health.

Degree of rupture? : Yes, but this does depend on the degree of rupture. The most common rupture near the calf is the achilles tendon, and if you had a full rupture, or even a significant rupture, stretching may not be the best things as it will cause less approximation of the tendon to heal. I have not seen your imaging or know how much function you have in it, but you may need a second opinion.

Phimosis...: ...is the medical term for tight foreskin. Urination normally is difficult or impossible during erection, maybe nothing to do with phimosis. But if tightness interferes with erection, or you can&#x27;t easily retract the foreskin over the head of the penis, you might need circumcision or other minor surgery. See your GP, or NHS GUM clinic. If phimosis diagnosed, probable referral to a urologist.

Depending o age: This may be normal, the part not walking with full pressure on foot.  To stretch achilles bend foot up toward leg until they resist and hold for about 10 seconds then repeat.  If the baby has tight achilles later they may need a per cutaneous tendon lengthening.

Plantar fascitis: Sound ilke you have a bad case of plantar fascitis- stretching o the feet tendons before you get out of bed in the morning, massage, warm water soaks, injections, ultrasound treatment are all modalities that can be used. Avoid prolonged standing. If all of this does't work, surgery is the last resort- not 100% effective but does work in most cases.

Eccentric exercises: The best solution for tight hamstrings and Achilles are stretching and eccentric exercises. Eccentric exercises load and strengthen muscle as a muscle lengthens versus when it shortens. For the hamstring my favorite is the nordic exercise. For the Achilles my favorite is reverse toe raises (heel drops) on an elevated surface such as a stair or step.
