Wouldn't think so: Strep throat is a localized issue. Sometimes various strains are known to trigger abdominal pain and rash, but chest pain is likely due to something else. Sore throats due to a variety of viruses often have multi-system symptoms that may include chest pain.

"dust particle" ?: I suppose if you inhaled a tiny droplet of someone's cough mucous &amp; consider it a dust particle you could get strep that way. Most dust is a collection of dead dust mite bodies, dirt &amp; miscellaneous debris, all very dry. Strep germs are usually transferred in saliva and can remain alive for a while on door knobs. counter tops, etc. After they dry out they are unlikely to pass the germ.

Likely allergic: this is not a normal reaction to amoxicillin and you need to stop taking it immediately.   Penicillin allergy is also a likely probability for you as well.

Wheezing: You may be experiencing some reactivity of the large airways with constriction. This is commonly known as wheezing and can occur with a restpiratory illness. It is like an asthma exacerbation. You can have your doctor check you and prescribe an inhaler to help until the infection clears. You should also be checked for pneumonia.

URI: Likely just an upper respiratory infection. They are usually caused by viral illness. The treatment is rest, NSAID or acetaminophen as needed for sore throat or fever, increase fluids and possibly salt water gargles/ throat lozenges as needed. If no better in 3-5 days, speak to your doc. Strep can be tested for in office with a  swab. It usually has fever, stomach pain and headache as part of it.
