Stitches: if stitches are on buttock should not be an issue at all, to be safe wait till stitches removed though if it was a large excision.

They can do that: Pineal cysts often cause headache by obstructing flow of spinal fluid through the brain. By pressing on the back of the brainstem, eye movements can be affected. If you have both of those symptoms & you have a pineal cyst, you need surgery. Consult a neurosurgeon.

Neurologist decides: The mayo clinic website says "pineal gland cysts are common. As many as 2 percent of healthy adults develop this kind of cyst. Rarely does a pineal gland cyst cause headaches or any other symptoms. In most cases, no treatment is necessary for a pineal gland cyst." but, one should follow-up closely with the neurologist, in case the cyst changes or grows big enough to press on other brain structures.

How big? : If the lump is easily movable, and three doctors told you it was benign, i would believe them. But if the limp is large, say the size of a walnut or bigger, you may wish to have it removed for a pathology examination.

ultrasound shows a large kindey cyste (7.6x6.8) and am having pain. my doctor is not concerned. should i go to another internist or a urologist?

Kidney Cyst?: It is important to feel comfortable and  to have peace  in mind which obviously is not the case. I see no problem in having a second opinion  if that can give u peace of mind.

i feel pressure on my lower belly . right side. not appendix. gyn said last year i have a cyste on ovary. should have it removed? can i become sterile

No: Pressure on lower belly can be due to a lot of non specific reasons. It is  unlikely that a cyst from last year is still present , or you have to remove it  you can see you doctor and get an ultrasound if this symptom persists.

i have pain in my right knee. i had surgery in january, didn't help. got an mri scan showed a bakers cyste, and some scar tissue from the surgery. i have now been going to a physiotherapist since april, still pain on the inside of my knee. help pls?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor, preferably a rehabilitation medicine specialist.

Not particularly: Ruptured cysts bay bleed some internally but the body recycles the blood &amp; the iron it contains. Young menstruating women will commonly become iron deficient unless their diet is rich in iron or they take an iron supplement. Every menses throws away iron.

Typically NO: If a cystic lesion within brain, could be congenital arachnoid cyst, or even cysticercosis, and typically ms lesions not usually cystic.  Rarely, ms lesions may appear tumefactive, and may create a cystic appearance, but other lesions are present which tell the true situation.  Perhaps a visit to neurosurgeon could clear the confusion.

Yes: Definitely spotting can be a sign that your menstrual cycle is about to happen.
