See doctor: All of your question did not come through, but the changes in the mole you described warrant an evaluation and may be excision of the lesion and examination of the tissue by a pathologist.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i have a small, brown mole on my face that i have always had. it never changed, but i accidentally scratched at it and made it bleed. now, it has scabbed up. i'm wondering when it heals if it will look as it always has before (size, color)?

: Yes.  I would use some topical to keep the lesion moist while it heals  Follow up with your PCP or a dermatologist.

slipped on tile 2wks ago and hit head on toiletpaper holder.headache on and off but thats it. safe to say no internal bleeding so i can stop worrying?

Not safe to say- yet: If you have not yet had a ct scan of the head, there could be internal bleeding causing the headache. Since i was not there to see how much force occurred in the injury i can't predict the likely hood of internal injury. With continued ha, though, i'd advise the ct scan to be sure you are not missing something serious.

while shaving my head the razor slips and cut my head its quite big it happened on sunday and till today when i remove the plaster it doesnt stop bleeding 
how can i stop it from bleeding?

Go to urgent care : Or ER, meanwhile put a pressure bandage on the wound, it may need stitches, and remember to update your tetanus immunization, good luck

is it a bad idea to tilt my head backwards to stop nose bleeding ?

Yes: The best thing to do with a nose bleed is to sit up, lean your head forward with your chin on your chest and grab your nose and your face tightly and squeeze for 15 minutes. That should stop most bleeds.

hi my 3 year old fell at school and hit his head on the floor. left nostril was bleeding. theres no bumps yet just bruising. nose stop bleeding. teacher said he was fine he is napping now though. should i take him to dr?

Head trauma: Just need to observe x 1-2 days. Emesis, head pain or swelling or a change in
alert status warrants an MD visit. Otherwise, rest, Tylenol for pain or fever,
and observe at home. Glad the nosebleed stopped quickly, common in kids in general.
